A webinar titled “Introduction to Wolfram Language and Mathematica for Engineering Applications” was organized by the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering of Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology on 28.02.2024 (Wednesday) from 11:30am to 12:30pm. Dr.L.Malathi, Assistant Professor (Sr. Gr.)/ECEwas the faculty coordinator and she has given welcome address to the resource person Mr.R.Pradeep, Senior Pre Sales Engineer, G.T. Enterprises, Bangalore.

Resource person has explores their industrial experience in the aspect of present scenario.

He explained about the Mathematica software with its in-built features and functionality to do numeric & symbolic computing, image processing, 2D & 3D visualizations, parallel processing, CUDA capability, statistics, control theory, wavelet analysis and much more. He has shown the demo on modelling, simulation, visualization, development, documentation, and deployment.

Also, students acquire knowledge on working procedure about Mathematica software. This webinar helps the students to bring up with the innovative ideas who were attended in online and virtual mode. Ms.R.Kanmani, Assistant Professor (Sr. Gr.)/ECE proposed the Vote of Thanks.
