Department of Computer Science and Technology of Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology conducted Webinar “Internet of Things” on 10-04-2024 (3.30 pm to 4.30 pm) at Google Meet(online) in Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology. The resource person for this event is Dr. N. S. Kavitha, M.E., Ph.D, Associate Professor, Department of CSE, Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology, Coimbatore – 10. She has 19+ years of experience in the teaching field in Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology. She explained about what Internet of Things is, its physical design, protocols in IOT, request response communication model and other communication models, Six levels of IOT and deployment templates and so on. Forty-four students from second and third years of Computer Science and Engineering Department participated in the Webinar and the program was very useful to the students by getting knowledge on the basics of Internet of Things.
