Youth Red Cross unit of Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology in association with Government Primary Health Centre, Karadimadai, Coimbatore, organized an awareness programme at Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology to mark the National Deworming Day on 14.02.2023. Dr.M.Paulraj, Principal, Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology presided over the awareness campaign. Ms.Shanthi, Sector Health Nurse and Ms. Kalamani, Village Health Nurse of Primary Health Centre, Karamadi, Coimbatore, created an awareness about the importance of hygienic practices and deworming for better growth of the students. The government provided Albendazole tablets which were distributed to the students of Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology. The National Deworming Day pledge was taken by the students.
