Resource Person: Dr. P. P. Sutheesh, Psychologist, Sri Ramakrishna Hospital, Coimbatore. Dr. S. Kalyani, Assistant Professor, Department of  Science and  Humanities, SRIT, introduced the Resource Person. Dr. P.P. Sutheesh addressed the first-year B.E / B. Tech students of the academic year 2022-2023 on mental health. He discussed the importance of mental health as we are all aware of physical fitness. He gave a few tips to overcome anxiety and stress.
