Hands on session on Scilab were scheduled on 05.12.2023 at Net Lab for third-year students. The session was started at 11.00am. Mr.R.Immanual, Department of Mechanical acted as one of the resource persons and gave the introduction parts of Scilab with sample workout programs. Ms.S. HebzibaJeba Rani, Department of Computer Science and Engineering takes second half of the session with real time problem statements. Scilab was the free open source software be used for signal processing, statistical analysis, image enhancement, fluid dynamics simulations, numerical optimization, and modeling, simulation of explicit and implicit dynamical systems and (if the corresponding toolbox is installed) symbolic manipulations
