The Association of Mechanical Engineers (AZPOMERZ) was inaugurated on 7th September 2022 for the academic year of 2022-2023 by the chief guest Mr. G. Satheeshkumar Vikraman, Manager R&D, Bull Group of Companies, Coimbatore. The inauguration started with the prayer song. Mr. K N.Raghul Krishna, Joint Secretary delivered the cordial welcome address. Dr.R.M.S.Parvathi, Professor & Head/CSE delivered the presidential address, The introduction of the chief guest was given by Dr.B.Chokkalingam, Professor &Head, Department of Mechanical Engineering. The chief guest delivered a technical talk on the topic of Bull machines. He described and explained the importance of Bull machines in Mechanical Engineering. He also pointed out various challenges and experiences related to this topic and the students highly benefited from his lecture. After finishing his lecture, students asked many questions and ended with an interactive session. Faculty advisor Dr.S.Benjamin Franklin, Associate Professor Gr1 introduced student office bearers of Azpomerz 2022-2023.  Mr.D.Dhanapal’s secretary delivered the vote of thanks. He thanked the chief guest for gracing the occasion by his solemn presence and to all the students of the mechanical department who were the main ingredient of this function.
