A National level Technical Symposium, “Resilience 2K24” was organized and conducted by the Mechanical Engineering Azpomerz Association of Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology, Coimbatore on 15.02.2024. Mr.J.Leelakrishnan, Founder, Renuga Industries, Coimbatore was the Chief Guest of the event. The function begins with Tamil Thaivazthu. Dr.B.Chokkalingam, Professor and Head, Department of Mechanical Engineering provided the presidential address. The Chief Guest in his address spoke about the importance of innovation and new product design. He also pointed various challenges and experiences related to this topic and the students were highly benefited by his lecture. After finishing his lecture, students asked many questions and ended with an interactive session. Many Competitions such as Paper Presentation, Project Presentation, Quiz, Design Mastro and Water Rocketry were conducted as part of the symposium. Students from various Institutions participated in the events. Cash Prizes and Certificates were given to the winners. This event was organized by Dr.S.Benjamin Franklin, Associate Professor of the Mechanical Engineering Department. The event ended up successfully.
