Department of Computer Science and Technology of Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology conducted Webinar “Network Management Tools and Concepts” on 16-08-2022 (2.00 pm to 3.30 pm) at PG Seminar hall in Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology.

     The resource person for this event is Mr. V. Vithun, Product Manager at Dhyan Networks and Technologies Pvt Ltd., Chennai – 641018. He has 12+ years of experience in the IT field. He explained why Network Management System is needed, discussed about various protocols, and explained Fault, Performance, Topology, Configuration, and other tools and concepts.

     Ninety-three students from the third year of the Computer Science and Engineering Department participated in the Webinar and the program was very useful to the students by getting knowledge on the basics of network management tools and concepts. Students are also interested in getting details about placements and the various rounds conducted in Dhyan and general placement-related queries. He answered all the queries and gave coding-related ideas to get placed.
