SRIT teams comprising of 21students and 15 faculty members, participated in 4th I+ACEH, Indonesia, which is an art, creativity engineering exhibition. This event saw a total of 62 teams from countries like Malaysia, Indonesia, Korea, USA and India. Eight innovative products were exhibited by SRIT team and the products received accolades from the learned jury and fellow international participants.

SRIT bagged a total of 31 awards:

* 7 Special Awards from AIA, KIA, KIN
* 1 Semi – Grand Award from AICA
* 4 MyRIS Best Innovation Awards
* 2 Grand Awards from Ubudaiyah Universitas Indonesia
* 1 Grand Award from Asia Invention Association (AIA) with cash prize of IDR 500,000/-
* 5 Outstanding Leadership Awards
* 3 World Inventory Award
