Women Empowerment Cell and Gender Champion Club of SRIT have organized a Seminar on “Opportunities for Women in IT” on 14.12.2022(3.30 pm at Seminar Hall – II. Nearly One hundred and thirty nine students and 8 faculty members were participated in the seminar. The program starts with prayer song. Dr. S. Nagarani, Professor and Head, Science & Humanities (Mathematics) welcomed the gathering. Dr. S. Sangeetha, Associate Professor, EEE introduced the Chief Guest. The Chief Guest was our Alumni Ms.Preethi Hariharan, Product Manager, Corvus London, UK, The session was a very interactive session. The speaker discussed about what is a business, how to develop our own business in the available platforms, how to develop and achieve our business dreams in IT. She also emphasized on self-empowerment and gave some tips and ideas to develop in this connected world. Dr. S. Kalyani, Assistant Professor Science & Humanities (Mathematics) delivered vote of thanks.
