With tons of pride, enthusiasm and patriotism, today marked the 74th Republic Day for the Nation. The day was celebrated at Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology with the same sort of feel. The celebration started with the Tamil Thaai Vaazhthu. The students orated about the importance of Republic Day in Tamil, Hindi and English. The Principal hoisted the national flag and delivered his Republic Day address. He apprised that the nation is about to reach great heights within a few years and all countries would depend on our Human Resources to uplift themselves in various verticals. The celebrations got completed with the National Anthem followed by the distribution of sweets.
