Cultural Event - General Guidelines

  • This cultural event is open to students from all types of colleges, including Engineering, Arts, and Polytechnic institutions.
  • All participants are requested to report to the venue at least 30 minutes before their scheduled event.
  • Participants must carry a valid college ID card during the event.
  • Kindly ensure that your performance adheres to the given time limit.
  • Participants are requested to arrange their own costumes, props, and instruments, unless mentioned otherwise.
  • We encourage performances that are respectful and appropriate for all audiences.
  • Please cooperate with the event coordinators and volunteers, and follow their instructions at all times.
  • Participants are requested to handle stage equipment and venue property with care.
  • Background tracks or media files should be submitted in advance in the required format.
  • The decision of the judges will be final.
  • Let us all maintain a spirit of respect, discipline, and sportsmanship throughout the event.
  • Lunch will be provided for all registered participants.

Registration Guidelines

💃 Group Dance

  • The registration fee is ₹200 per individual in the team.
  • This registration is only applicable for Group Dance participation.

🎭 Other Events

By paying an additional ₹200, a participant can participate in any two of the following events:

  • Solo Dance
  • Adaptune
  • Solo Singing
  • Reels Making
  • Short Film

Note: The ₹200 registration under this category allows participation in any two events from the above list.
