A one-day seminar on “EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE FOR PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL SUCCESS” was conducted by Women Empowerment Cell(WEC) of Sri Ramakrishna Institute oF Technology. The convener Dr.R.N.Uma, HOD/Civil of Women Empowerment Cell gave the welcome address for the seminar .Ms.S.Sangeetha,AP(Sel.Gr)/EEE introduced the Chief guest Dr.G.P.Godhanavalli, Social Activist,Godhana Counseling, Coimbatore to the gathering.Resource person emphasised various points on Self Confidence, Self-control, Self Regulation and Empathy.She also focussed on Emotional Intelligence and how it contributes to success.
