The Student Induction and Orientation Programme for the First Year Students 2023-2024 has been conducted on September 1, at from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in Seminar Hall I. Dr. Velu Vengadeshwaran T S, Asso./ HOD Department of EEE School of Engg & Computing, Manipal International University, Malaysia was the Resource Person, Dr. V. Chitra, HOD/S&H was the convener Dr.S. Sangeetha, Asso.Prof./Department of EEE was the coordinator for the program and delivered the welcome and the Vote of Thanks for the session. The session was highlighted by the topic “Cruising into the Future: Unleashing the Power of Electric Vehicles”, the Resource Person has given the justification to his topic. He demonstrated EV, its types, and its projected growth. He explained about the Fame India scheme and that connected to EV stages.
