The Internal Quality Assurance Cell is organizing a faculty development program titled “Outcome-based Competency Focused Curriculum” for the teaching faculty of Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology from 28.09.2023 to 30.09.2023. The Faculty Development Programme (FDP) focuses on enhancing the competence and skills of educators to effectively implement an outcome-based competency-focused curriculum. Prof. Joshua Earnest, one of the forerunners in Competency-based Outcome-based Education was the resource person. The FDP on Outcome-based Competency Focused Curriculum equipped the faculty members with the necessary tools and knowledge to enhance the quality of education by focusing on defined outcomes and competencies. It empowered faculty to create a dynamic learning environment that prepares students for the demands of the modern world.
