The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering inaugurated the Association of Electronics and Communication Engineering “ASCONIC”. The Programme started with Lighting Ceremony and Mr. J.N Deepak Antony, Department of ECE welcomed the gathering. Dr.S.Anila, Professor and Head, Department of ECE introduced the chief Guest. The resource person Mr. G. Mayilsamy, CEO and Founder of CG Innovations and technology, Coimbatore delivered the inaugural address. He explained the concept of Blockchain Technology and its importance in today’s Digital Era. He also explained his career path and shared his knowledge on “How to be a Successful Entrepreneur” and “The Importance of Entrepreneurship”. Following that Dr. S. Mary Praveena Associate Professor, Department of ECE proceeded with the installation of Office Bearers. Dr.S.Anila, Professor and Head, Department of ECE, and Dr. S. Mary Praveena Associate Professor, Department of ECE handed over the memento to the resource person as a token of respect. At the end of the program, Mr. S. Rajkumar delivered the Vote of Thanks.
